Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation which has a 2-3 business day delivery date. At the time your shipping label is printed, you will receive a ship confirmation email from the USPS website notifying you of the day your order ships. Please add this email address to your address book to receive the email in your inbox instead of your junk/spam email folder: USPS_Shipping_Services@usps.com
Ship Time
All of our titles are special order due to the constant changing nature of the publisher’s offerings. As such, your order will arrive in 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 weeks.
Returns
If a mistake was made on our part, we will exchange the incorrect title for the correct title. We do not accept returns due to the special order nature of our product offerings. It is our goal to offer the most complete line of crafting and how-to books to our valued customers.
Billing
Your card will not be billed until the day your books are placed on order. Your package will then arrive six days from that date.
